Nearly 60 classified monuments make Provins an unique site in the world. The unesco classified the urban ensemble of Provins as a world heritage site in december 2001.
Tourist season offers special entertainment: knight tournaments, a show of free flying birds of prey, a show of medieval warmachines and a medieval feast invite the visitors for a voyage to the Middle Ages.
